Welcome to The Festive Table 2025.

The Festive Season is the hospitality industry’s “Golden Hour.” It is a fleeting window of time—barely two weeks—where the pressure is highest, the ingredients are at their absolute peak, and the expectations of the guest are astronomical. Across the globe, from the snowy peaks of the Alps to the humid heat of the Mekong Delta, the world’s finest brigades are currently producing their most ambitious work of the year.

And then, as quickly as it began, it vanishes. The truffles are consumed. The “edible architecture” is cleared. The art disappears into memory.

At All4Chefs, we believe that the holiday menu is not just a meal—it is a cultural artifact. It tells us who we are, where we are, and how we choose to celebrate life. That is why we launched The Festive Table 2025.

Our mission was not to run a competition, but to create a Global Digital Archive of Culinary Excellence. We reached out to Michelin-starred kitchens across three continents, asking visionary chefs to open their doors and share the inspiration behind their most important service of the year.

What started as a collection of menus has evolved into a movement.

Part I: The Pioneers of the Season

The first wave of entries for The Festive Table 2025 has already set a new standard for holiday dining. As we curated these stories for our Central Hub, we noticed that the “Festive Table” has evolved far beyond the clichés of turkey and pudding. The era of heavy excess is fading. In 2025, the world’s best chefs are turning toward Identity, Architecture, and Terroir.

In Italy, we witnessed two distinct expressions of the season: the “Real” and the “Imagined.” At Arnolfo (Two Michelin Stars), Chef Gaetano Trovato is currently serving a menu of “Edible Architecture,” sketching dishes like blueprints to create a structural dialogue with the Tuscan territory.

Meanwhile, at Villa Feltrinelli (Two Michelin Stars), the gates are closed for the winter season. However, Executive Chef Stefano Baiocco joined the initiative by opening his personal archives. Exclusively for The Festive Table 2025, he curated a “Winter Dream” menu—a vision of what a festive feast would look like if the Villa were awake. It is a rare glimpse into the chef’s mind, proving that his signature botanical style can thrive even in the depths of a winter dream.

In Canada, we traveled to the stone vaults of Quebec City with La Tanière³ (Two Michelin Stars), where Chef François-Emmanuel Nicol uses the holiday season to tell the story of the Boreal Forest, serving lichen and wild game in a profound tribute to survival and nature.

In Singapore and Paris, the narrative shifts to precision. From the Zen-like stillness of Chef Emmanuel Stroobant’s menu at Saint Pierre (Two Michelin Stars) to the “edible perfumery” of Chef Hugo Bourny at Maison Lucas Carton (One Michelin Star), we are seeing a return to refined simplicity and emotional connection.

These stories are currently live. They are the foundation of our archive.

Part II: The Next Chapter (Coming Soon)

But the story of The Festive Table 2025 is far from finished. As the holiday season approaches its zenith, All4Chefs is proud to announce the Second Wave of culinary icons joining the initiative. We are expanding the map, moving into the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Central Europe to capture an even wider spectrum of festive traditions.

Here is a first look at the kitchens preparing to unveil their stories on the Central Hub:

The French Soul of Vietnam: La Maison 1888 (1 Michelin)*

Perched on the lush hills of the Son Tra Peninsula, La Maison 1888 is a gastronomic landmark in Da Nang, Vietnam. Under the guidance of a stellar culinary team, this venue represents the perfect marriage of French technique and Vietnamese soul. We are preparing to showcase how a Michelin-starred festive menu translates in the tropical heat of Vietnam, where local spices meet French foie gras.

Desert Luxury: IDAM by Alain Ducasse (1 Michelin)*

In the heart of Qatar, perched atop the Museum of Islamic Art, IDAM brings the philosophy of Alain Ducasse to the Middle East. The Festive Table here is not just about food; it is about the intersection of French haute cuisine and Arab hospitality. We will soon reveal how one of the world’s most prestigious culinary names interprets the end-of-year celebrations in Doha.

The New Pulse of Taipei: A Restaurant (1 Michelin)*

Taiwan’s culinary scene is currently one of the most exciting in the world. A Restaurant in Taipei represents the cutting edge of this movement. We are excited to archive their approach to the festive season, which promises to be a study in precision, modern technique, and the exceptional ingredients of the island.

European Tradition: Gourmet Restaurant Berlins Krone (1 Michelin)*

We return to the roots of the European Christmas with Gourmet Restaurant Berlins Krone in Germany. In a country where the Christmas market and the festive goose are institutions, we will explore how a Michelin-starred kitchen elevates deep-rooted traditions into modern gastronomy.

The Oasis: HANU at St. Regis Gardens (Dubai)

Finally, we travel to the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. HANU, located in the prestigious St. Regis Gardens, represents the new wave of luxury dining. In a city known for opulence, we will uncover how HANU defines the “Festive Spirit” through its innovative menu and world-class service.

The Invitation

The All4Chefs Festive Table 2025 is more than a list of restaurants. It is a mosaic of the culinary world at this specific moment in history.

From the snow of Quebec to the desert of Doha, from the hills of Tuscany to the coast of Da Nang, these chefs are proving that while ingredients change, the desire to gather, to celebrate, and to share excellence is universal.

We have gathered the menus, the videos, and the plating philosophies of the first wave into one immersive experience. And in the coming days, the doors to Vietnam, Qatar, Germany, and Dubai will open.

The table is set. The world is seated. Will you join us?
